Kripalu YogaYoga can be practiced and enjoyed by people of all ages, any type of health and physical status. It is exercise for the body, mind and soul. Yoga techniques are intended to rejuvenate and bring proper balance to all aspects of the body: musculature, endocrine, vascular and nervous systems. Kripalu Yoga increases strength and flexibility, improves circulation, breathing and digestion. Gentle stretching exercise, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation techniques are taught and enjoyed. Because of deep relaxation there is reduced muscle tension and risk of injury. Just right for any fitness level to help de-stress. Equipment is provided or bring yours. Wear loose or stretchy comfortable clothes.
